Installation was a breeze. The output is fabulous. We only run it on fan speed low. It cools our florida room and camper with no problems. Perfect for Floridas hot summers.

Ive had this two weeks now. Temperatures here in east Texas have been 105 to 109 each day. This unit under these adverse conditions has performed flawlessly. Im impressed so far. Hope this unit last a long time.

Great cooling in a portable building not so good insulation in the West Texas sun Amazingly quite After much research I selected this LG unit and Im sure glad I did. Loaded with features easy to install I am so far 100 satisfied.

I love it. The E-saver function is great. Once I figured out that I could connect to the A/C by WiFi and got it setup I love it even better. I have it in a sunroom that I dont need it on all the time it is great to be able to program it to come on and shut off.

Got my AC/heater in July and the heater doesnt not work been waiting since 11-19 for a service person to come fix it still to today no answer called and got no were at this point not a happy customer to day is 12/3

The AC unit was a nice size with great features like the Wi-Fi control from a phone app. It cooled and heated well for 11 months then the AC froze up and leaked all over the floor. I contacted LG and they had no one to service the unit in the central Texas area so they refunded the purchase price after a month and hours on the phone with customers service.

It has been a good air conditioner. It replaced not just another air conditioner but also a space heater. When I first got it I wasnt sure I had made the right choice. I did. Very happy with the LG Air conditioner and heater.

We bought this and installed it ourselves. It keeps our 752 sq ft home super cold and has helped immensely with humidity issues as well. Have had some trouble hooking it up to ThinQ but otherwise it has been a super solid investment so far.

Got this AC about a month ago. Our central air went out and couldnt afford to replace it at this time. Man it is really hot in TX right now so we got this LG 18000 BTU model. It is definitely a downgrade from central but it keeps the living room and kitchen cool. We use smaller models for the bedrooms. I love the ThinQ app. We travel frequently. I love that we can set schedules to turn iit on and off. We turn it off when we leave schedule it to come on on the AM that we are returning. Nice and cool to come home to. You can also adjust temperature mode and fan speed. Love it

I bought this unit almost 3 weeks ago after my old unit compressor started going out during 100+ degree weather. It couldnt keep out living room cool at 68. This new bigger unit keeps our living room dining room kitchen very comfortable at 75 - 77 with the same 100+ temps outside. I can only imagine how much warmer we will be this winter.
