I bought this LG window unit 3 weeks ago. My previous unit was 12300 btu so I was hesitant if the new unit will preform atleast just the same since Ive been using it works more than what I expected cools out the area pretty darn good

Cools the rooms I need have it going through 3 rooms in an open floor plan not too loud. Set-up took longer than expected. Filter light came on even though the filter is clean so not sure there but good running machine.

This is by far the best air conditioner I have ever owned.It is so quiet sometimes I have to go check to make sure its on. We have this installed in our garage and it cools it perfectly I downloaded the ThinQ app and it has made my life so much easier. When I forget to turn off the unit I just open the app and turn it off without ever leaving my couch. This was also very easy to install and did not take it long at all to have it up and running.I will definitely recommend this to everyone.

With these hot days recently our great room just didnt seems to be as cool as the rest of the house. The LG 12000 Smart Wifi Window Air Conditioner to the rescue...its powerful enough for a room 22x25 with 4-way air direction and an ENERGY Saver Mode. Unlike my older window a/c I really like the washable permanent Air Filter. With the LG quality products you cant go wrong with this Smart Air Conditioner. Happy cooling days ahead

I received this product as a promotional gift for my honest opinion. I absolutely love it I have and extra large she shed and needed a unit to cool it. This unit is very quiet and has various temperature settings and can be controlled right from my phone when I know Im going down to the shed I just turn it on from my phone and boom . When I arrive its. nice an cool . It is loaded with features. I love the fact it has a washable filterand 4 way direction air flow and energy saver mode. You want be disappointed with this product.

It hasnt been a month yet but so far do good. AC is very quiet and easy to operate and has wifi which is a plus. My dog Oreo stays on the bed in the am when aI come home from work he is still in bed resting enjoying the ac.
