I LOVE this refrigerator but with a thought for improvement: filling a glass w ice sounds like an avalanche of ice falling make ice shavings instead of big clumps and produce etc. drawers the upper drawer should extend out to meet or almost the bottom drawer making drawer bigger. Other than these two suggestions I am very happy with the refrigerator

This is a terrible product and terrible customer service The bottom freezer glass shelf shattered on me as it has for numerous people. There are many complaints here and on YouTube but LG refuses to fix the problem. I called customer service and they recommended a replacement. I should not have to pay for another shelf when it is clearly a product defect. I have had plenty of refrigerators with a glass shelf and I never had an issue with the glass shattering. Hopefully no one gets injured when the glass shatters in their refrigerator or freezer because it is possible. Model LRSXS2706V /00

It needs a water line to make the ice machine work I didnt have the chance to do that and it will be alot of work in my kitchen setup So I just wish there was a fill up tank I can just fill manually

Its only been a month but I love the space the ice maker and the look. It is sleek and futuristic looking. So spacious and open and bright. Keeps everything very fresh too. I wish the door handles were higher up but I love the design. My only other issue is not having an individual place to keep butter. But I will forego those two things for having the extra space in both the freezer and fridge.

Now that I had a repair person came out and fixed refrigerator water and ice dispenser fridge is working fine they didnt work from start. Shelf for cup should have a recess area with a grate over it to catch any water that might spill out so that it doesnt run down the front and onto the floor like it does.Doors should open wider that they do.Warranty should start from time that appliance is put in use in the case of contractors having persons order appliances at start of work being done for house fires floods etc I now have a 5 month warranty period left on a 5 major appliances that I have just started using because of construction times on repair of house and when they had us buy appliances.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst refrigerator Ive ever had. Be prepared to buy bags of ice as this thing wont even produce enough ice in a 24-hour period for one person. The refrigerator gets too cold in the back and ice forms on my food. The compressor had to be replaced a few months after purchase and the ice maker worked a bit better after that but now its back to making one tray a day. The water from the dispenser has never been cold since day one. And of course the lousy one-year warranty is expired. Learn from my mistake and purchase another brand.

.I bought this model because I wanted an icemaker and cold water dispenser. I bought this in August of 2022 less than a year ago The water line started leaking and after 3 phone calls I finally convinced them to send a repairman put. He put a new part on but the water was warm and the icemaker doesnt work. He ordered a compressor now and will be 5 more business days before coming back. I dont believe a less than a year old refrigerator should need a compressor. Less than happy. I doubt I win a prize for this review.

I had this for almost a year and it has been giving me problems from the freezer defrosting to it not making ice and not the fridge isnt cooling LG came out to place a part that was ordered and sprayed coolant it went out that lasted a month and now they refuse to send another technician out and give me a run around when I call. I have had this in my second home and it is an excellent buy. I purchased it from Home Depot and since I had to register it and get a part etc etc. I called LG. They gave me a 1 time free part for a shelf I broke and support that was excellent in getting the paperwork and Service Contract extension done correctly. This is a very good size and comes with more bells and whistles available that I did not get but had the option to upgrade.

We bought this because the old one we had didnt have a working ice maker. While I love the looks of this refrigerator and the size the ice maker and dispenser needs work. My daughter and I both like the smaller ice chunks and this machine just doesnt make enough ice. We have it on the ice blast mode but we are still using ice trays to have enough for dinner. On top of that the ice thru the door gets jammed frequently. I removed it to clean it and found a sharpie mark on the bottom makes me wonder if the ice maker was even new. If you need ice for more than one person you might want a different ice maker.

Weve had the LRSXS2706V for several weeks and its great. The Stainless Steel Look is fine but there are still a few finger prints that need to be wiped away. I love the ice and water in the door. Wish it had a butter shelf cheese drawer and adjustable shelves but for the price you cant beat this.

I wanted a new one to receive better energy efficiency plus it was probably time to do it This LG while only 1 CU larger is so well designed - has SO much more room The LED lighting is fabulous too it really illuminates the entire refrigerator letting you see everything I love it

I bought this two months ago. Everything is fine for the most part however my water was tasting like chlorine. I called LG and they walked me through inserting the filter again. After I flushed 3 gallons the water was fine for one day. I called them back and they wouldnt help me. Also if you like ice for your drinks this model has a very small ice bin so it doesnt make very much ice. I guess I was more worried about how I wanted my refrigerator to look versus functionality.

I have to say that the ice maker was working but the small door to allow the ice to fall was not opening. We went a week without the luxury if auto ice. I have to say that we have become spoiled. The repair associate arrived a week after purchase and changed out a circuit board. Everyone was professional in the repair ticket and repair of my brand-new LG Refrigerator. After 26 nicknames finally accepted one? After this occurrence the refer is working fine and its huge. Love it

Do No Buy - Ice Maker Stopped After 15 Months

Purchased in March 2022 and the ice maker stopped functioning in the beginning of May 2023 and there is only a 1 year warranty. Our last refrigerator had a 5 year warranty and they still came out after 7 years. Waste of money. Customer support couldnt help so I have to either pay for a warranty extension or get a whole new refrigerator.

Upgrade without the price tag

Very happy with this new purchase after our previous fridge unexpectabley died. I love that we can still use the water dispenser when the door it open previous one couldnt. My only knock on the fridge is a personal one. Were both fairly tall people and the handles are a little low for us. 6 under youre probably fine.

Immediately had problems

We bought this product about a month ago including the service plan. Within 24 hours the ice dispenser stopped putting out water. We did all of the troubleshooting and ended up calling for service. Service crew made it out after about ten days and told us its the solenoid already??. Have been waiting two weeks for the part and for service to show up after cancelling out time-slot last week. In the meantime the vegetable drawers are malfunctioning and everything in them is freezing SOLID. Ruined a bunch of vegetables and now the drawers are unusable yes we used the temperature adjustment settings- still freezes solid. Regret this purchase immensely.
