My dryer failed 2 months after my warranty expired. The repair man was great but the $400.00 repair fee before the repair man enters your home is offensive. Thats the price of a new non LG dryer.

Ive called numerous times for dryer to be checked because it wont dry my clothes except on super duty load extra dry and need to turn it on multiple times takes 4 to 6 hours to dry 1 load and they only say what code does it say but it doesnt say a code just wont dry I had the house vent cleaned still same thing they finally sent a technician out and he said clean the vent I told him I did he wouldnt look at the dryer just said to clean the vent I moved to a new house same issue same story with the technician I spoke with a LG manager she sounded concerned but never heard anything back my warranty is up this month and Im not renewing what for so they can say the same thing this was the worst dryer purchase I met 3 other people with the same dryer and same issue would never recommend other then the washer thats been ok

No power after using steam function

Family of 7 needs help 2/18/2023

I tried to use the steam function like I have before and the dryer completely lost power. Ive seen several posts online about the same thing happening to them. What is the repair solution bc Ive done all the basics heck power replace thermal fuse etcseems to have to do with the steam function use.

Purchased this dryer 8 months ago and have had nothing but problems. Reached out to LG they didnt bother to respond. Done with LG products. Now the dryer wont heat or dry clothes. Thanks for a piece of junk that LG is not upholding the warranty on.

I have had this for a year and I love the dryer and capacity and optional settings but I have had to have it serviced twice. The service was for the same thing both times it was Because it kept running and I had to unplug it to turn it off. They did service it and corrected the problem and it is back to working great.

I really love my new dryer however the one thing that I dont like about the control panel is that the individual buttons that you can push dont light up. my washer and dryer area is kind of dark so it makes it difficult to see what the words are on these buttons.

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far I havent been able to figure out how to consistently dry the whole Load without using higher than medium heat as I dont want my clothing to shrink. When stacked at 55 I cant really reach the top dial it should be lower and just above where it sits on top of a washing machine.

Dryer works great until you use the steam cycle

Our DLEX8100V worked great for 3 1/2 years until we used the steam cycle once. Now the dryer wont even turn on. Repair guy says its probably the mainboard and he wont be out to fix it for another couple of weeks. Now well be without a dryer for a month.
