SCAM TurboSteam cost another $100 for the hose

I like the dryer but I dont like being tricked my marketing tactics. The dryer has steam technology but LG doesnt include the water hose connection to the dryer for you to use that function? It is a $100 to get the water hose. UNBELIEVABLE You cant use the steam function on a $1600 dryer without paying another $100. Why dont they not include the power cable and charge $500 while they are at it. No where on the site or the spec sheets does it say the steam function needs a separate part. And the part is not cheap. This isnt even an accessory. This is a core function of the dryer that they heavily market but you wont get that feature unless you pay LG another $100 for a hose that costs them $10. There is no other way to use the steam function without the hose.

Not heating

I bought my set 1 year and 4 months ago and my heating element went out just a little past the year. The dryer keeps giving me a code d80 which indicates a blockage I took the dryer apart and cleaned the home air ducts and still not working. Now we have to spend $282.00 for a heating element assembly. Parts are expensive hope LG improve their quality.
